Llegando a una gran Ciudad, coincidimos con un gran anfitrión. Nos hizo sentir parte de este lugar, seguras, nos compartió mucha historia e información importante. En todo momento estuvo al pendiente de nuestra estancia. Nos guío y enseñó lugares maravillosos, entre unas buenas micheladas, cafés, arepas deliciosas y platicas interminables. Aparte de todo, tiene un don especial para tomar fotos. Y super simpático. Gracias Javier!!

Javier was a God-sent on our trip to Colombia. He speaks fluent English and his welcoming attitude was like coming home. He showed us Medellin and other parts of Antioquia. His evident passion for this region was contagious so from the very first day we fell into the spell of the rich paisa culture and stunning landscapes of the Andes. Javier is a native with foreign eyes, as he spent much time abroad, so he could show us the important tourist sites but also local hangouts and cultural places that would be missed by other residents. It was this aspect which made this trip like no other for us.

We had a lovely time in Medellin. We were not sure what to expect as we had heard different stories about the place. Finding Javier really gave us a true experience of the city and the people. It was such a great time, the places we visited gave us such a rich experience and with Javier being a local, we never stopped meeting very kind and friendly people, so welcoming to us. If you wish to visit Colombia in an authentic way, not just tourist places, I highly recommend Javier as a tour guide!

I couldn’t found a better person to show to my father and myself Medellin city. His joy, knowledge and hospitality made an unforgettable week. I definitely recommend him if you want to feel at home getting to know a new place. I know Javier for a long time. And he loves what he is doing and that makes the experience so much fun. I will definitely contact him in another trip to Colombia.

I want to thank Javier from the bottom of my heart for being such an amazing person and tour guide. He's very passionate about his country and I definitely enjoyed every minute of his assistance, and learning the Colombian culture. Including eating the yummy chicken pastels. Que rico. What I absolutely love about Javier, is that he's not your typical tour guy. He makes you feel like you known him your whole life, very kind, sweet, great personality and he makes you feel comfortable with your travels. You leave the tour, with a new Colombian friend. Javier is a great tour guide who can show you around in Spanish or English. I appreciated all his local knowledge and attention to detail, he showed me around Medellin and Guatape and I had a great couple of days!
